While arriving of the Dimension of Azure by GAP and the Napoleon Road: While arriving of Gap (you with the meadow of the meeting stop to admire the site and the statue of Napoleon), you will arrive on Vizille by the RN 85. Continue straight until the center of Vizille. Vis-a-vis the Castle, follow the main roads (not to take the small tunnel on the right in direction of Uriage) in direction of Brie and Angonnes, then remain on this road until Eybens. In bottom of the great descent, pass a tricolour fire (stage of foot on your line) for Grenoble. Still pass a fire, then, to the 3rd tricolour fire, turn left (between station ESSO, and the restaurant Rustique Inn) in direction of Echirolles. Still roll on 300 meters and you will see the entry of the castle on your left.

Exiled in the Isle of Elba in 1814, Napoleon Bonaparte decides to return in the foreground of the French political life. One year later, on March 1, it unloads with faithful Golfe Juan and share accompanied by a handle to reconquer its title. It chooses to go to Lyon by the mountains and to thus avoid resistances of the royalist cities.
