Guide of charm  With five kilometers of the center of Grenoble and at half an hour of the first ski slopes, this old hospitalery of the knights of Malta profits from a closed park from walls, planted secular trees which shine ensures a good level of calm. In the rooms, modern comfort does not harm the charm of the place restored, here or there, by an old piece of furniture, a series of watercolours or engravings, and brightened by pretty fabrics. Each morning, the dresser of the breakfast is drawn up in a splendid living room with the woodworks XVIIIéme decorated with old pieces of furniture, marble chimney and portraits of family. Just with dimensioned, in row, is the immense dining room with rates/rhythms volumes by five high French windows framing a pair of sculptures out of gilded wood and two rare tapestries of Aubusson (XVIIeme). This house is closely related to the history of the Dauphine one. Property of the family Perier-With Beaumont which counts in its centre of famous members following the example Casimir Perier, former Prime Minister of Louis-Philippe, this noble residence is still today a singular place who succeeds, while cultivating the glorious hours of a dynasty, to offer best comfort and the equipment most led in refined rooms.
